Nigel Stonier produced the album which featured Tom Waits' drummer Michael Blair, Thea Gilmore, and Carleigh Aikins from Bahamas. The album received substantial radio play and that summer he played over 25 festivals as far flung as the West Coast of Ireland and Northern Scotland, including Glastonbury.

This Autumn, Matt’s back with his eagerly anticipated 3rd album, Beer For The Horses, cut live with his all-star 7 piece-band: The Delusional Vanity Project. Produced and featuring Robert Vincent, the band also features members of The Leylines, Clemencie, Danny and the Champs, Tree Top Flyers, and Little Mammoths. The collection of songs is his most accessible and rocking to date and Matt can’t wait to take them out on the road with The D.V.P.
